Lifetime Warranty

Aer is committed to providing exceptional quality and durability in every product we create. We proudly offer a lifetime warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship throughout the entire lifespan of the product. If a product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.

Eligibility

Our warranty is available to all customers, both in the United States and internationally, as long as they possess an order number from www.aersf.com or valid proof of purchase from one of our authorized retailers. This policy applies to the original purchaser, or in the case of a gift, the original recipient. Aer warranties are not transferable.

What's Covered

We stand by the quality of our products and guarantee that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This includes issues such as:

  • Broken zippers
  • Stitching or seam defects
  • Cracks in the suitcase shell
  • Broken suitcase wheels/handles
  • Material flaws affecting functionality

Please use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under the warranty policy—it may simply be time to replace it. We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims that do not meet the specified criteria.

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear due to regular use, including the natural breakdown of colors and materials, UV degradation, rips, tears, punctures, abrasion
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care
  • Damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality, including scratches, dents, scuffs, dings, etc. on the suitcase shell
  • Any product purchased from unauthorized dealers or second-hand sources

Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact support@aersf.com, providing the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number or valid proof of purchase 
  • Product name, model, and colorway
  • Description and photos of the defect

Step 2: Our customer support team will review your information and determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty. If so, you will be provided with further instructions.

Step 3: If required, you will need to send the product to our warehouse for evaluation. Shipping instructions and address will be provided by our customer support team.

Step 4: Once the defect is confirmed and deemed eligible under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If the exact product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement.

Shipping Costs

For US warranty claims within the first year of purchase, we will cover the return shipping costs. For warranty claims beyond the first year, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to our warehouse. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replaced product back to you.

Turnaround Time

Our typical turnaround time is 3-4 weeks from the time we receive your product until it is returned to you. In some cases, we can get it back to you sooner. In some cases, it may take longer. During peak season our turnaround time can be longer than six weeks.

Disclaimer

This lifetime warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Aer. It supersedes any prior warranty or representation, written or oral. We do not assume any responsibility for consequential or incidental damages.
