Our warranty is available to all customers, both in the United States and internationally, as long as they possess an order number from www.aersf.com or valid proof of purchase from one of our authorized retailers. This policy applies to the original purchaser, or in the case of a gift, the original recipient. Aer warranties are not transferable.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:

Step 3: If required, you will need to send the product to our warehouse for evaluation. Shipping instructions and address will be provided by our customer support team.
Step 4: Once the defect is confirmed and deemed eligible under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If the exact product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement.
For warranty claims within the first year of purchase, we will cover the return shipping costs. For warranty claims beyond the first year, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to our warehouse. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replaced product back to you.
This lifetime warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Aer. It supersedes any prior warranty or representation, written or oral. We do not assume any responsibility for consequential or incidental damages.
